30 Days 30 Books

Day 01 — Atomic Habits by James Clear

Habits too are like your body. It’s far easier to put things in and become fat, far difficult and painful to get them out and get back into shape — so when you learn, learn the right habits.

Sometimes we don’t see how powerful something can be until we commit to doing it in sequence.

Choose.
Allow the idea to excite you deep in your core.
And make it happen.

Day 02 — Thinking Fast and Slow by Daniel Khaneman

The book shows you how two systems in your brain are constantly fighting over control of your behavior and actions, and teaches you the many ways in which this leads to errors in memory, judgment and decisions, and what you can do about it.

Nothing in life is as important as you think it is, while you are thinking about it

Key Lessons Learned :

Your behavior is determined by 2 systems in your mind — one conscious and the other automatic.

Your brain is lazy and thus keeps you from using the full power of your intelligence.

When you’re making decisions about money, leave your emotions at home.

Day — 03 — Failing Forward:Turning mistakes into stepping stones.

In life, the question is not if you will have problems, but how you are going to deal with your problems. If the possibility of failure were erased, what would you attempt to achieve?

The last time you failed, did you stop trying because you failed, or did you fail because you stopped trying?
A Honest book for everyone searching for a clear mirror.
